One for the coffee cake lovers, this rich, dark brown sponge cake is interspersed with chunks of walnut, pecan and plenty of dates. We've topped it with a coffee frosting piped along the surface and finished it with a sprinkle with crumbled candied pecans for that sweet, nutty taste.
