We've taken a moist cardamom and brown butter-infused sponge and sandwiched lashings of bright and tart clementine jam between. Each slice has been decorated with hand-piped ribbons of smooth vanilla cream cheese frosting and topped with a contrasting green pistachio crumb and a dual-tone white chocolate pencil.
