Each cake is packed full of bananas and baked until luscious golden brown, studded throughout with little treasure pockets of toffee, and a sprinkle of salt to turn the flavour up to eleven. We then top this stunning sponge with a thick and creamy banana and salted caramel frosting, and sprinkle it with marbled chocolate shavings to make this a true beauty to behold!
