Irish Cream Cheesecake

Pot O'Gold? No, Irish Cream Cheesecake! Bless your counter with the luck of the Irish this St Patrick's Day. 

We've taken a crushed Oreo cookie base and topped it with a deliciously decadent and boozy Irish cream-infused cheesecake filling. This cheesecake is then topped with a thick layer of milk chocolate ganache decorated with marbled white chocolate swirls.

For the smoothest slices, we recommend cutting your cheesecake when fully defrosted and using a sharp knife dipped in hot water, making sure to wipe the knife clean after each slice. After cutting, wrap each slice in our parchment sheets.
