Pink, delicate and definitely glam, our Cake Lab team has done it again with this decadently moist chocolate, beetroot and raspberry cake. We've taken a deliciously dense, fudgy chocolate base and topped with a tangy raspberry, beetroot and cream cheese frosting, then sprinkled with freeze-dried raspberry. Nothing 'beets' it.
