Eton Mess Blondie

Is it truly a summer without an Eton Mess?  

Inspired by the quintessentially British dessert, we’ve taken a gloriously fudgy white chocolate blondie laden with juicy whole raspberries throughout. Each scrumptious slice is then flooded with a layer of rosy pink raspberry-infused white chocolate and finished with a summery sprinkle of perfectly crunchy meringue pieces and freeze-dried raspberry crumbs. 

Mango, Pineapple & Coconut

Summer is served, and it tastes just like a Solero!  

This stunning round cake is doused in tropical flavour, transporting your customers to  with each and every bite. Think a perfectly moist coconut-infused sponge, smothered in an unctuous, thick and velvety pineapple cream cheese frosting. Each mouth-watering slice is adorned with a vibrant swirl of glossy, homemade Alphonso mango jam. We’ve captured the essence of summer in one gorgeous slice.  

White Chocolate, Macadamia & Miso Cookie

Soft. Crunchy. Sweet and salty. This cookie has got it all!  

Our classic vanilla cookie dough is infused with a hit of salty umami miso and loaded with crunchy chopped macadamia nuts and white chocolate buttons throughout. Baked until perfectly crisp on top and soft in the middle, we’ve hand-dipped each half in a sweet yoghurt topping and finished with a sprinkle of more nibbed macadamia nuts.

Lemon Drizzle Sticky Buns

Soaked in summer vibes, this bun is the very zest! 

Soft and squishy sourdough is packed with a seriously zingy lemon filling, hand-formed into sunny swirls and baked until perfectly golden brown. Each bun is then drenched in a sweet and sticky lemon-infused glaze and topped with a sprinkle of blue cornflower petals and crunchy pearl sugar.  

Blackcurrant Ripple

Transport your customers to warmer shores with this delightfully indulgent ice cream-inspired cake.  

We’ve taken a fluffy lemony buttermilk sponge and dotted pockets of tart and juicy blackcurrants throughout. Each scrumptiously summery slice is finished with lashings of fluffy vanilla-infused cream cheese frosting and an eye-catchingly glossy ripple of a bright and mouth-wateringly tangy blackcurrant puree.  

This may be the slice of the summer… and must be enjoyed alfresco with an equally delicious Blackcurrant Ripple Matcha in hand (We don’t make the rules…) 

Banana Split Cake

Doused in hazy summer nostalgia, this wonderfully whimsical take on the classic American dessert is the perfect addition to your summer counter.  

An addictively soft and oh-so moist banana sponge is smothered with a thick layer of fluffy butter-yellow banana-infused frosting. Each slice is finished with a zigzag drizzle of dark chocolate, crunchy toasted nibbed hazelnuts, and the cherry on the cake? A sprinkle of tart cherry crumb on top (naturally).
