We've packed a dense, fudgy white chocolate blondie with whole juicy raspberries baked right through, then set a layer of blush-pink white chocolate over the top and scattered it with crushed raspberries and snowy meringue granules.

The smell gives it away before you've even taken a bite: sweet vanilla and warm butter up front, with a fruity raspberry note drifting underneath. Rich, buttery vanilla and creamy white chocolate lead the way, before sharp, fruity bursts of raspberry cut through the sweetness at every turn.

It's dense and gloriously fudgy, with pockets of whole juicy raspberry throughout. The set pink white chocolate gives a satisfying snap, then the freeze-dried raspberries and crisp meringue granules sign off with a final crunch.
