Soft and squishy sourdough is packed with a seriously zingy lemon spread, hand-formed into sunny swirls and baked until perfectly golden brown. Each bun is then drenched in a sweet and sticky lemon-infused glaze and topped with a sprinkle of blue cornflower petals and crunchy pearl sugar.

Zingy, glossy, and dressed to impress.

A deep golden sourdough swirl bun, packed with punchy lemon filling and coated in a high-shine lemon glaze, scattered with delicate blue cornflower petals and little white sugar pearls. Almost too pretty to eat.

It smells of sweet lemon and citrus zest, with that warm, slightly tangy undertone you only get from a proper sourdough bake. That tang is the payoff: sharp, punchy lemon up front, a generous hit of sweetness from the glaze and sugar pearls, then a gentle sourdough sourness lingering underneath that gives it real depth beyond your average sweet bun.

It's soft and chewy with a satisfying pull, sticky lemon filling running through. The sugar pearls add a pleasing crunch, the cornflower petals a little texture to finish.
