As summer approaches, we thought we'd bring the sun a little early with our newest round cake! Packed to the rafters with citrus, this deliciously moist and tender almond and polenta sponge gets its zing from three citrus fruits (hence the name)!
Whole blitzed up oranges and tart lemon juice make this cake rich in zesty flavour, while the deliciously tangy lime cream cheese frosting makes it the ray of sunshine we've all been craving!
