Spring and carrots go together like a coffee shop and carrot cake... so we’ve taken our famous Ultimate Carrot Cake and turned it into your customers' newest favourite cookie.

A soft and gently spiced orange-hued cookie dough is flecked with visible slivers of carrot throughout and wrapped around a decadent heart of creamy white chocolate ganache. Each gorgeous cookie is then hand-dipped in a contrasting yoghurt topping and finished with a seasonal sprinkle of nibbed walnuts and dried marigold petals.
