Our Small Batch team have outdone themselves with this absolute masterpiece of a cake, taking our pistachio obsession to new heights!
We've taken a buttery yet incredibly light almond and pistachio sponge and slathered lashings of nutty and moreish pistachio and white chocolate creme between. Each perfect portion is then topped with more pistachio creme, a hand-piped swirl of sweetened cream cheese and finished with a sprinkle of pistachios. We've cut this cake into 21, offering an elevated patisserie-style cake that can be served alone or as part of an afternoon tea.
It's pure pistachio perfection.
