Carrot cake is synonymous with cafes. Right? We know our Ultimate Carrot is seriously good... but, we're always trying to push the boundaries of our cake creativity, and I think you'd agree this is something pretty special.

We've put the carrot back into carrot cake, stripping out all the additional extras really allowing the carrot and spice blend to sing. On top of this super light yet moist sponge we've hand-piped a perfect swirl of sweet and creamy whipped white chocolate ganache and topped with a perfectly punchy passionfruit gel. Each sumptuous slice is then finished with a sprinkle of white chocolate shards for a final flourish.

This will turn even the most seasoned carrot cake hater. It's just that good!
