Dubai-Style Pistachio & Chocolate Shortbread

If you can't beat em' join em'! Inspired by, yes, you guessed it - the Dubai Chocolate trend, the one that's taken the world by storm. We don't know what our Small Batch team put in this, but we cannot stop eating it! 

A layer of crisp and buttery shortbread is smothered in lashings of creamy, decadent pistachio creme packed with crunchy morsels of crisp feuilletine, giving each slice an utterly moreish texture. This bake is then flooded with a layer of rich milk chocolate and finished with a sprinkle of flaked pistachios for good measure. 

WARNING: This bake is incredibly moreish and we recommend buying at least two trays...
