Vietnamese Style Coffee Cake

We've taken a dense, dark brown coffee sponge, split it through the middle and filled it with a light, creamy condensed milk frosting laced with gentle hints of vanilla. Up top? More of that same frosting, this time with a chocolate coffee ganache swirled through for a glossy, marbled finish.

Lean in and the rich roasted coffee hits first, warm and inviting, before a creamy vanilla sweetness drifts in behind it.

The sponge is dense but pillowy soft, blanketed in smooth, silky frosting. Substantial, never heavy. Every bite brings sweet, mellow coffee cooled by that condensed milk creaminess, while the ganache swirl adds a deeper, slightly bitter edge across the top.
