This blossom-hued round starts with a lighter-than-air vanilla-scented sponge, studded with juicy chunks of perfectly tangy rhubarb throughout. Each slice is then swirled in a perfectly fluffy pastel pink raspberry and vanilla cream cheese frosting and finished with a garland of springy green pistachio flakes and freeze-dried raspberry crumbs.
