This blossom-hued round starts with a lighter-than-air vanilla-scented sponge, studded with juicy chunks of perfectly tangy rhubarb throughout. Each slice is then swirled in a perfectly fluffy pastel pink raspberry and vanilla cream cheese frosting and finished with a garland of springy green pistachio flakes and freeze-dried raspberry crumbs.

A light, aerated and moist vanilla sponge, with sharp green and pink rhubarb pieces baked into the surface. Topped with a thick layer of creamy pale pink coloured raspberry and vanilla cream cheese frosting. Finished with a spiral like swirl paletted into the surface and a deep pink raspberry crumb and toasted pistachio flakes scattered around the edge.
