Due to an overload on the DPD network, DPD is experiencing delays in several areas across the UK. Before placing your order, we suggest taking the following steps:
1. Check if your postcode is affected via the DPD service page here.
2. If you are in one of the affected postcode areas, we will not be able to ship your orders until normal service is resumed (check the service page for updates).
3. If you have already placed an order that has not been received, our team will be in touch with you asap with an update.
4. We'll be sending a daily email with updates to you, please check you're subscribed to updates under the 'newsletter' tab once you're logged into your account
