Ube & Coconut

A light, fluffy sponge flecked with desiccated coconut, topped with vivid purple ube buttercream and scattered with a mix of yellow and purple viola flowers, yellow marigold petals and a pop of white from toasted coconut.

It smells of vanilla and coconut from the sponge, with more soft vanilla coming through from the ube frosting.

Mild coconut runs through the sponge, the ube frosting brings a gentle vanilla sweetness, and the toasted flakes add a real pop of coconut on top. 

The sponge is light and airy with flecks of desiccated coconut throughout, topped with a smooth, fluffy ube buttercream and a lovely crunch from the toasted coconut flakes.
