A festive twist on two bakery classics. The buttery, crumbly shortbread base is layered with rich, fruit-packed mincemeat that's bursting with notes of warming spice, citrus, and brandy. It's topped with a soft almond frangipane, scattered with toasted flaked almonds, and finished with a flourish of snowdust. 

Sweet, spiced mincemeat meets nutty almond and buttery pastry, in an easy-to-serve slice.
