We’ve taken a gloriously rich and perfectly airy Madagascan vanilla-infused sponge and loaded it with toothsome pockets of dark chocolate chips throughout. Each muffin is topped with a generous sprinkle of golden demerara sugar and baked until perfectly golden and addictively crunchy.
