This exceedingly moist, perfectly gooey and ridiculously rich chocolate and hazelnut-infused rustic torte is sprinkled with a crunchy mixture of flaked hazelnuts and slithered roasted hazelnuts, baked to sheer perfection in a paper collar and sliced into 16 perfect portions.
