• TASTE: Sweet mollasses and cinnamonny filling, with a sweet and slightly soured fermented dough. Notes of orange & vanilla.
• TEXTURE: Sticky glazed and filled baked dough, with a chewy crust exterior and a soft pillowy and interior. Topped with dusty cinnamon sugar.
