Our soft and chewy pistachio cookie dough is loaded with a thick and velvety pistachio creme and topped with plenty of toasty nibbed pistachios for extra added crunch. It’s the same cookie you know and love, just a bit better.
These are perfect simply defrosted at room temperature, but might just be even better after 5 minutes in the oven at 150C.
