Chilli Cheese Cornbread Muffins
Savoury more your thing? These mighty muffins pack a punch!
We've used fine cornmeal, sweetcorn and plenty of sharp cheddar cheese, each muffin is finished with spicy jalapeño slices and even more cheddar.
We recommend warming these up in the oven at 220°C for 5-10 minutes and serving with lashings of chilli jam for the perfect afternoon snack.
