A dense and fudgy white chocolate blondie infused with rich Italian coffee, and loaded with dark and white chocolate chunks throughout. Each caffeine-laden slice is topped with a flood of white chocolate and finished in traditional tiramisu fashion with a healthy dusting of cocoa powder.

Our Almond Croissant has a cult following, so naturally, we’ve turned it into a cookie!
A perfectly chewy almond-infused cookie dough is filled with a perfectly gooey frangipane centre. The addition of salty miso takes this bake to new heights, creating the perfect balance of sweet, salty and nutty, whilst the flaky almonds on top add an addictive textural contrast.

A fudgy salted white chocolate VLG sponge is packed with pockets of creamy white chocolate chunks. Using the highest-quality ceremonial-grade Wakaba matcha powder courtesy of Blendsmiths, we’ve smothered each slice in a vibrant, fluffy white chocolate matcha frosting, topped with a dusting of more Matcha for good measure. This slice starts out with a chewy and dense almond frangipane sponge, dotted with dark chocolate chunks and glistening whole cherries. This bake is then finished with a drizzle of smooth dark chocolate, a sprinkle of flaked almonds and a handful of cherry crumbs for a final flourish.
