Our Queen Vic has to be one of our best-selling cakes, and the thought that so many of your customers are missing out on this royally good slice was upsetting to say the least - we're hoping this will help!

A lighter-than-air vanilla-scented sponge is smothered in a velvety vegan cream cheese frosting and topped with lashings of perfectly tart homemade orange and blackcurrant jam. Each truly scrumptious slice is finished with a dusting of freeze-dried blackcurrant powder, giving a perfectly pink finish.
