Afternoon Tea Cake

A moist golden vanilla sponge, sandwiched with a layer of fluffy clotted cream, vanilla seed speckled buttercream and fruity strawberry jam, handpiped in rows of 4 using a star nozzle. With  even sprinkle of pink apple blossom and blue freeze dried cornflower petals.
