Located on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors, Silton Coffee Co runs on a farm in converted stables, using solar energy and biomass boilers. They pride themselves on hand roasting small batches on-demand with ethically sourced, in season, high-grade coffee beans.
Grown at high altitudes in the San Ignacio district of Peru, this microlot is specially developed and produces a high scoring, fruit-forward, elegant cup we think you'll love.
