Summer Berry Cheesecake
Our Small Batch Team have taken the quintessential flavours of everyone's favourite guilty beachside pleasure (Mr. Whippy topped with strawberry sauce anyone?...) and elevated them to create one gorgeous summery showstopper.
We've taken a smooth burnt basque inspired cheesecake base and topped it with a thick and rich white chocolate ganache, swirls of tart homemade mixed berry jam and a sprinkle of freeze-dried cherries and raspberries.
Pre-portioned for maximum ease, simply thaw and serve!
