Inspired by Raffaello, this delicious cake is the ultimate addition to your Christmas counter. We've taken an exceedingly moist vanilla-infused buttermilk sponge and filled it with rich velvety coconut frosting. Each slice is then smothered in more luxurious coconut frosting and topped with a sprinkle of sparkly desiccated coconut and white chocolate shavings.
Go full-on festive mode and serve your slice with a hot White Chocolate (make it with Coconut Milk for extra-added decadence).
