Raspberry & Cardamom Milk Cake
Utterly addictive and moreishly moist, this cake is kicking off our summer range in suitably scrumptious style. Let's just hope the sun makes an appearance soon...
We've taken a moist cardamom milk-based sponge and studded it with delightful pockets of jammy whole raspberries. Each slice is then topped with a beautifully silky cardamom and vanilla-infused Russian buttercream and decorated to perfection with dried rose petals, crushed freeze-dried raspberries and dried cornflower petals.
These slices are perfect served solo or paired with a cup of Earl Tea for the ultimate afternoon indulgence.
