Red Velvet Cheesecake Muffins
We're seeing red... velvet!
Nothing says treat yourself quite like Red Velvet and our Small Batch team has taken it to the next level.
We've taken our perfectly moist Red Velvet sponge and filled the centre with lashings of smooth and creamy cheesecake filling. We've then topped each muffin with a handpiped swirl of vanilla-infused cream cheese frosting and decorated with a white chocolate pencil.
Pure decadence. We suggest pairing with a black coffee (hot or iced!) for the ultimate weekend treat!
