We've taken an exceedingly moist almond sponge and studded each slice with jammy pockets of broken peaches and whole raspberries. This loaf is topped with glistening peach slices and flaked almonds and covered in a sticky peach & Apricot glaze.
Pair each slice with an ice-cold Blendsmiths Vanilla Matcha for the perfect summer treat.
