Peach & Blackberry Cobbler Cake

We've scoured the hedgerows and foraged the orchards to bring you our delicious take on this classic cosy dessert. This cake is all about the cross-section! Starting with a deliciously moreish cheesecake-inspired cinnamon-infused oat base, which is then topped generously with a layer of tangy blackberry and apple jam. We've then added a layer of peach buttermilk sponge studded with jammy pockets of chopped peach and whole blackberries. Last but by no means least, this cake is finished with a scattering of oat and almond cobbler clusters.
We love this as is, but for an incredibly autumnal treat why not serve warm with custard? (you can thank us later...)
