Lemon, Olive Oil & Pistachio

We’ve taken a sunshine yellow citrus and almond sponge, heavily soaked it with tangy lemon and covered in gorgeous green blitzed pistachios. A generous pouring of olive oil keeps each slice oozing with flavour. 

This TrayCake comes in 21 perfect portions, and can easily be dressed up with a dollop of crème fraîche.
