Lemon & Raspberry Swirl TrayCAKE

We use a mix of white and wholemeal flour to produce and texture our lemon sponge. We then fold and swirl in our specially made raspberry coulis before drizzling with sweetened lemon juice, which leaves the cake glistening. 

Don't be too disappointed, as we are soon to be replacing this cake with a new and delightful British classic...
