In fact last week our next day delivery rate was over 98% with a staggering 92% arriving before 12 noon. They are statistics that we are proud of and underpins the 'Smiths' decision to upgrade all orders to our premium service throughout December - at no charge to our loyal customers. We will continue to look at ways to improve our delivery service in the New Year with later order deadline and more choice on express deliveries already in the pipline.
