Raspberry Bakewell

On a fine crunchy base we layer first raspberry jam and then a soft buttery frangipane before decorating with a jammy dollop and a generous scattering of crushed almonds. We then bake until golden and the edges are just browning.

Blueberry Bakewell

We glam this up by grating marzipan into the rich buttery almond frangipane then scatter on fresh blueberries. We then bake it until the edges just start to brown and finish with a sugar dust. Perfect.
