DEFROST

Your Canelé can go in the oven from frozen, or you can simply defrost in the fridge overnight. As always, we recommend warming these in the oven to unleash all that rummy goodness! 

DECORATE

Take your cooled Canelé drizzle over a heaping teaspoon of melted white chocolate and sprinkle over a Christmassy combination of crushed pistachios and freeze-dried raspberry crumbles.
