BLUEBERRY & LIME ROUND
This stunningly zesty, lime-infused and almond-packed sponge is studded with pockets of juicy whole blueberries. Each cake is topped with a fluffy and tangy cream cheese frosting and perfectly finished with an eye-catching purple swirl of freeze-dried blueberry. Irresistible!
PASSIONFRUIT RIPPLE
We’ve taken an incredibly moist buttermilk sponge and infused it with vibrant and zingy passionfruit. Each sunny slice is smothered in a whipped cream cheese frosting and finished with ripples of Single Variety passionfruit conserve. A slice of this will transport you to warmer climes in no time!
STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE BAR

Steeped in Strawberry-scented nostalgia, we’ve taken a crisp shortbread base and smothered it in a thick and sticky homemade strawberry jam.
