Product Cards & Allergen Information

The main change to note is on the product cards and the move away from using the terms Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Wheat Free. As we handle Gluten on the premises the term we now have to use is No Gluten Containing Ingredients (NGCI).

As there is no equivalent term for the allergens dairy and wheat, we have dropped the symbols altogether but ask you to use the cards in conjunction with our Allergen Information sheet that we have also updated.

The important thing to note is that the products, recipies and ingredients used have NOT changed - we are simply following the latest labeling legislation. Please request replacements for any of the cards you use, there is also a new key card to accompany them. For your information these are the new icons to look out for:
