We are super pleased for a number of reasons. Firstly, the essence of this cake was one of Georgina's original recipies in the early days of the coffee shop (one of three if memory serves me correctly). So, as you can imagine, it is close to our hearts!
Secondly, because it was brought back to life with renewed vigor in the shape of the Masala Chai we used to delicately spice it - made by our good friends at Henny & Joes. Awesome ingredients like this are just begging to be used and experimented with. The Chai Spiced Apple Cake is NOW back for a VERY LIMITED EDITION of 36 cakes, to bask in the glory of our Award.
